The general aim of this care and well-being development projects is to set up small-scale orphanages for homeless children and other durable development projects in developing countries. 

The main points of this care and well-being development projects are: 
– food and hygiene 
– health and welfare 
– education and training 
– coaching with economic independence 

Development project setting up small-scale orphanages 
By use of the financial support of TIGNL the aim is to set up small orphanages, this means lodging, counseling and coaching, food, health care and that the children can go to school. 

Train the trainer projects
TIGNL will coach the local people who will lead the orphanages and will develop and execute profession training in the health care, agriculture and technique by example setting up training for well-being workers, harvest and cultivation experts, cooks, construction workers, carpenters, electricians etc. 

Coaching economic independence 
TIGNL will apply its expertise to help the local people with setting up and starting companies where ideas are converted to small viable ventures. 

Knowledge transfer and implementation 
For effective knowledge transfer and implementation subjected to all mentioned initiatives TIGNL will search connection in its professional network of innovative companies and at the regular and not regular education institutions (all levels of education- primary school to universities) in the Netherlands. Also TIGNL will search connection with doctors and therapists which have correct medical and paramedical expertise.
